SHIPPING POLICY

TRUCK SHIPMENTS – SHIPPING WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS

An order is shipped using a truck shipment method if it is a large and heavy order. Any order with an omnidirectional treadmill on it will be shipped through truck shipment method. This is subject to vary if an item is not in stock.

UPS SHIPMENTS – SHIPPING WITHIN 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS

If an order is small and consists of no omnidirectional treadmills on it, it will be shipped via UPS. This is subject to change with item’s availability in stock.

DELIVERY POLICY

TRUCK SHIPMENTS – 1 TO 3 WEEKS

The duration of a truck shipment can differ significantly due to weather conditions, location, and time of the year. Though we anticipate a much quicker delivery, wait for UP TO 3 weeks for arrival.

UPS SHIPMENTS – 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS

For smaller orders shipped through UPS, will be sent via UPS Ground. Based on location, this could take UP TO 5-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

OMNI DIRECTIONAL TREADMILLS – 15 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL

-Must be in an unopened crate that is factory sealed, for return. Please note returning party is accountable for return freight expenses + 25% of the restocking fee. Credit is issued once the product is received and inspected thoroughly.

ACCESSORIES – 30 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL

-Must be in an unopened factory packing if needs to be returned. Please note returning party is accountable for return freight expense. Credit is issued once the item is received and examined thoroughly.

PCS & MONITORS – 20 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL

-Must be in an unopened factory packing if needs to be returned. Kindly note returning party is accountable for return freight expenses. Credit is issued once the product is received and scrutinized.

Twisted Reality LLC will offer complimentary technical support over the phone for any troubleshooting within our knowledge. This will include most questions concerning the hardware itself. Twisted Reality LLC will provide any kind of help possible regarding software related questions but may require assistance from the manufacturer.

FROM MANUFACTURER

KAT VR offers customers free technical support for all software-related concerns. If needed, they can remotely tap into your unit to analyze what is going on and help resolve the issue quickly. This is an excellent service, as other ODT companies require hefty fees for a specific window of support time.

WARRANTY

ODTS – MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

KAT VR offers a 1-year warranty on their omnidirectional treadmill platforms. This is double the warranty offered by our competitors. Harnesses carry a 6-month warranty and 3 months warranty for accessories.

PCS & MONITORS – MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Each PC and Monitor will have their own manufacturer warranties mentioned on the product detail page.
